Olympusat Selects OnProcess Technology to Provide Technical Operations and Customer Service Support for New VEMOX OTT Solution

ASHLAND, MA – November 17, 2015 OnProcess Technology, a global pioneer in service supply chain management and optimization, today announced it has been named the technical support provider for Olympusat’s new VEMOX OTT solution, which will be available soon through Olympusat’s affiliates. OnProcess was chosen for its broadband customer service and technical operations support expertise, global scale and ability to rapidly launch Olympusat’s new offering.
